October's Meeting - Wed Oct 29th (See below)
President’s Message
The City of Seymour recently participated in a program called 1st Impressions with the City of Horicon. Each community sent representatives to the other to get a feel for what people see when visiting the city. The group from Horicon will be giving their results on Wednesday, October 29th, at the Seymour City Hall. The Chamber has been invited to join the presentation and hear first-hand how we are perceived. We have decided to forego our scheduled meeting and convene at City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th. Please make note of the change. Pizza and dessert will be served along with great conversation. I hope you can join us. Please call me at 833-1559 by Monday, October 27th, to let me know if you will be attending so we know how many pizzas we’ll need. It should be enlightening!
We are in need of two board members. Annette will be stepping down from the secretary’s position and we still need a vice-president nominee. Please let me know if you are interested, we’d like to have a board in place by November 1st.
Thank you,
Kevin Kaufman
